Why does having one team for your website and hosting matter?
When something goes wrong — and occasionally something will — you do not want to be on hold with a hosting company that has never heard of you, while separately messaging your web designer trying to work out whose problem it is.
With me, it is all one team. I know your site, I know your setup, and I move quickly.
My aim is to have any issue resolved within 24 hours. If something is fully broken, I drop what I am doing and work on it. That is not a policy I wrote to look good. It is just how I operate.
Hosting questions
Can I use my own hosting if I already have it?
Yes. I can build your site to work with any host. I will let you know if your current setup is going to cause performance issues.
What happens if my site goes down?
Get in touch and I will get onto it. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours. If the site is fully down, I treat it as urgent and work on it immediately. You will always know what is happening and roughly when it will be fixed.
Do I need the spam and scam protection tier?
If you are launching a new site or your current email is already attracting junk, it is worth considering. If things are running cleanly, the standard tier is fine and you can always move up later.
